The Hawkesbury River and Broken Bay are old haunts from my Navy days as Patrol Boat Captain. Refuge Bay lies on the tip of Cowan Creek. The waterfall is a permanent feature used by boaties anchored off the beach as a shower. A1 framed and an incredible bargain at its marked down price.
